How can I upload files? |
|
You can upload files via our web interface. Choose your file in the "File Upload Toolbox" in right hand side and then click the "Upload" button. |

Do you support FTP? |

No. We don't support FTP in this moment. You can only use our web interface to upload / download files. |

How large a file can I upload? |
|
You can upload at most 50 Mbytes in total (total size of all files) for each upload. Therefore, if you upload a single file, the maximum file size of this file is 50 Mbytes. |

When I upload files, the web pages always show error message. What should I do? |

If you're uploading files with Traditional Chinese filename, please change the interface to Traditional Chinese first. We only support Traditional Chinese and English filenames in this moment. |

Can I add more upload slot so that I can upload more files each time? |

No, you can't. However, our Premium Service allow you to upload at most 50 files each time. |

When I download my file, the filename does not show correctly. What's the problem? |
|
If you're downloading files with Traditional Chinese filename, please change the interface to Traditional Chinese first. We only support Traditional Chinese and English filenames in this moment. |

Sometimes when I download files, it ask me to save it immediately. However, sometimes a window pop up ask me to click the file to download. What's your mechanism? |

Files with file size under 5 Mbytes will be downloaded directly. Otherwise, the file will be copied to a temporary directory and you can download it via the link. The temporary directory is randomly generated each time you download the file. |

How can I share my files to other members? |
|
You cannot share individual files directly. Instead, you can share folders to other members. Besides each folder name, you can see the  icon. Click the icon and you can see the folder properties. Share your folder as "Read Only" or "Full Control" and then enter other members' emails in "Premission" section. |

Can I share my files to public? |

No, you can't. You can only share files to other ecPocket members. If you want to allow other people to access your files, you can join our Premium Service. |
